Looks like you're gettin' there ;) Here's a link about ABS juice: http://forum.seemecnc.com/viewtopic.php ... ice#p29440
I don't use it, too messy. I use hairspray(can be messy with over spray) this is what I use. http://www.amazon.com/Suave-Extreme-Hol ... B002I7I3AM

Back at it again , Got some Hairspray Extreme Hold!!! Also I ended up using glue stick before I left printed 1/4 of cali cube and was beautiful , little hard to get off = pliers and some gentle twist.

Heres my first complete print looks pretty good think im ready to print the fan shroud.

Looks good! :D I use a straight razor blade and painters palette knife to get parts off. Slip the razor blade under an edge, and then slip the palette knife under that. A little persuasion and the part releases :) I like to do this while the bed is still at temp. IMO the glue/hairspray tack line is weakest then. You can let it cool, and let thermal contraction differences do the work for you. But then you have to reheat the bed. Now the fun begins! ;)

After hearing a ticking noise and it began to get worse , I noticed that the delta arm was coming off the universal joint and snapping back on creating the noise. So I removed arms for the flick test and found multiples seized up. Oh yeah that's what I forgot to do , lubercation :o make sure I bring some white lithium grease home and hopefully get them spinning smooth , plans to upgrade to CF arms on the first.

The Trick Laser CF arms are the absolute best, spend the money and get the assembled ones, then they just screw right in no fuss! I and many others I'm sure can attest to their greatness!! :D :D

Also http://www.tridprinting.com/Mechanical- ... -Screw-Kit sells pre assembled rods too. I think the closest they have to stock length is 250mm. Stock is 260mm I believe, correct me if I'm wrong guys.

The arms on the Rostock Max is 269mm from the center of the holes at each end.

modeled up a little smooth roller ,for the spool , im sure there are others and possible even involving a bearing , or that it even matters but I figured less drag is always better.

Nice, I like the spool holder idea, I just had to go a whole other route as the stock spool holder wouldn't let my filament spools spin freely:

Nice models, both of them! :D

Thank you , Well after some fine tuning the bed and everthing , I was producing even better prints , printed the 30mm squirl fa n last night , looks awesome , but then at lunch I get home power up everything and notice the extruder temp -20c !!! Im thinking its the thermosister connections broke , but wierd ive been printing with no problems and now failer.

Heres my last print. (Feedrate 64, Extruder 152 , Bed 80c first layers , 65 all others and the Extruder 232c)

Found the problem my negative connector to the hotend thermistor , had seperated the wire and eventually broke free, lucky me right after the print had finished , which I was thinking , my wiring gets pushed around a little while home.

Yeah, you want some strain relief for the wires to the hot end, I just zip tied all my wires to the bowden tube, which gave some relief and makes for neater looking wiring. I cant remember from your pics if you did so already so if you have then never mind. :D

Yeah I had them all tighty , but the problem was the shitty crimp connectors , hate all those fuc#%rs , need to replace with something more refine. Im back up an running I used Kapton tape to keep things nice and stiff at the hotend. Heres a pic of it printing my next mod (led ring), It also shows my quick makeshift , cardboard ,antibreeze , ambient air Defense System! Which is a must plans are being sketched , using Arcylic. So many things not enough arms. Also purchased some green leds for the Base!

So Ive been printing and testing. Little more fine tuning. Having a problem with big prints lifting corners and such. Tried and Failed. Fumbled upon this little bottle of super stick / super suck!

The shit sticks well for everthing but didnt stop the lift , the print was really hard to remove but didnt keep the corners down on the hollow pyramid.

Corner lifting is a thorn in the side for sure  It's very dependant on- part geometry/environment/filament/time of day/phase of the moon...you get my point ;) Only sure way, I have ever found to combat it, is to print with a brim or on a raft. :D

Yeah after thinking about more , I retested the bed and found the center wasnt quit tuned in as I thought , center was applying more force causing the print to lift off. Fixed that problem.

Was thinking about frosted glass ? Any thoughts ? I could have my buddy beadblast one side was thinking it would be better having little texture?

Wouldn't hurt to give it a try. IMO there will still be parts that will overcome the adhesive interface when they contract. My next go to is building a heated enclosure, as soon as winter lets me back into my sub-zero garage
