Have the extra bearings from where I didnt use the axle supports , so I decided to model up a better spool holder. Realized that I could have just made end caps now and save material but well see how this fits.

Looks like a good idea, I know mine has been printing beautifully since I switched to a spool holder with bearings!

Thanks , I decided to change up a little on the Rambo cooling , added a 80mm fan blowing on the rambo and moved the smaller one to exhaust out.

Yeah perfectly and vents the hot air out through the notch. Just hot glued untill I print a mount.

Well its been awhile , Ive been struggling with random layer shifting , and after tons or wasted time in denial that the extruder stepper wires and endstop had anything to do with it. Mainly after 50 hours of printing I didnt have any problems untill I change filament. But that was the problem I remove the wires from the extrusion and no more layer shifting. I now would like to stress how Noise can effect printing , I should have listened but thought I could beat it.

Little holder I made for work.

BTW Ive been having really good adhesion results with abs on bluetape.
