Welcome to the forum.
You don't go into a lot of detail on what your problem is but if you have a volt-ohm meter you can measure the resistance of the thermistor at room temperature and it should read approximately 100K ohms.
Give us some more info and we will help you figure out the problem you are having.

Thanks for the pointer. I am at the initial function tests and the Mattercontrol terminal shows an error with hot bed thermistor causing RAMBo to be in dry mode. I measured both thermistors at the RAMBo connector at 68 degrees F and both thermistors have a resistance of 130k but only the hot bed shows to be in error. My next step was to thoroughly inspect solder joints on the board, any other recommendations? Is there a way to disable the hot bed so that I could move forward with calibration?

It happens, good luck with the calibration.
