Howdy,
Teacher of make-it-stuff.
A grant recently brought us 2 3d printers, a cnc machine and a laser engraver/cutter to teach STEM-approached classes.
One of the printers is fff/fdm, the other an sla/sss: Airwolf3d hd2x and a form 1+. Stepcraft 840 and a Chinese laser engraver/cutter round out the crew.

At home, I have put together a kit-ted prusa printer and am buying parts to upgrade it: e3d chimera and cyclops, bondtech extruders with the idea of maybe using it on a bigbox printer that I've seen on youimagine.
Oh, I have a routakit.com sdx on the way.

Build multirotors and am investing time and energy in arduino tutelage.

Welcome to the forums.
That's a bit eclectic of a collection, although I have to say, a lot of us have similarly odd collections of tools. I do wonder, what brought you to these forums, considering you don't have any of SeemeCNC's excellent machines, nor really a printer using the same geometry we could help troubleshoot (the airwolf is cartesian, as is the Prusa, and most of us mostly work with Delta printers, and the Form 1+ isn't exactly designed to make it easy to look inside and change components)

Best of luck with your ventures, and I hope you add a delta machine of some stripe to your stable soon, because they are really cool to watch (the Max is wonderful, the Orion is pretty easy to work with, and Kossels are easy to print parts for)

I couldn't help but notice that you did not list a delta printer in your list.
The SeeMeCnc.com Rostock Max V2 Delta printer has won many awards and represents the best value in a kit built printer with its huge build volume.
We are always glad to receive new members , Delta or not but please consider the Rostock Max V2 in your family of printers. You will not be disappointed.

I ended up here following links... you know, the net!
Once here, looked around and found a lot of eclectic information to absorb. The guy that has the rgb printer really has me intrigued and I would be inclined to build something like that.
I am in learning mode for these things and I haven't had a play with delta printers but see that they are quite capable of doing quite unique things.
As a teacher, looking for all the info-magic I might be able to learn and take to class. Even something to build as part of a class project.
