First layer dimensions after calibration

Hi Folks,
Finally got the time to finish my Max v2; completely standard build except for an EVGA 500W PSU and some heavy gauge silicone wires for the Bed.
Really liking this printer so far but have found calibration to be somewhat painful. Kept running out of adjustment on the 10mm end stop screws.
I did get it close enough to print fairly well but couldn't get the last tower to level fully.
I've since used OpenDACT to recalibrate and have it within 0.1mm now.
New issue!
The low layers of the builds flare out. Hard to explain but pic is linked here:

This is a 20mm hollow cube i've been using for calibration - no infill
The sides are right on 20.05mm but the first layer is 20.89 and over about 5-8 layers it reduces down to 20.05.
First layer height is 0.20
standard layer 0.25
Z height is also slightly out at 19.45mm
Any thoughts on what i've managed to change that caused this?
