weird warping

Can't figure out what is causing this warping. The piece on the right is warped the one on the left is how it should look. Any ideas?

That's really interesting. Are you using the same G code for them both? Would it be possible to use the same G code (is the nozzle size and so on close enough for that to work)? Do you see this on any other parts?

It looks like it might be resonance in the drive system or a slicing bug almost, since it's so regular. Have you checked the mechanics and if your hotend holder is loose?

Did the code come from Slic3r? There's a bug in the latest version that causes thin walls to bulge like that...
