Incsistent Extrustion Width

Good Evening

I am trying to dial in my filament flow rate so that my printer is extruding neither too much or too little filament. What I am finding is that, the extrusion width in front of the z tower is thinner by about .13 mm. Other towers and their opposites are plus or minus .o4mm. Can you please help me find the cause of this error. My cheapskate carriages seam to move freely also, belt tension is as close to being the same for all axis as I can get it.

Thany you all for your hel.

Maybe I should also mention, I was trying the print the Maker Fair Robot. The "M" on the front of the robot was legible while, the back side is impossible to discern the text. The orientation of the robot is as follows. The front left and front right arm of the robot fall on the -X and +X axis respectively.

Thanks again.

you need to pop back into gene's assembly manual and run thru the bed calibration, your horizontal radius is off. its not about flow rate that is consistent across the entire machine.

Thank you for your post. Something else I have failed to mention is I have used Rollie Rolland's html delta calibration tool. The 7 points on the heated bed that the program used to level it are are all within plus or minus .02mm. It is possible should have posted this question in the OpenDACT thread under "General tips 'n' Tricks. I may repost the question their tomorrow if I do not see much traffic here.

Thanks for any and all help
