Not keeping nozzle temp

Ok so im lost the hotend will get up to the temp I have set 210. And then about 10 mins into the print it will start going down. last print it got down to 175 before I quit the print. does anyone have any ideas.

It could be very bad PID settings, but when you say you've had it get down to 175, I think it's probably what I've seen also...During periods when both the bed and hot end are at a high duty cycle, the power supply is not keeping up. First, though, make absolutely sure all your connections to the hot end and bed are clean and tight.

To compensate, I worked a little harder insulating the hot end from the PEEK fan, which made things much more reliable. Before i did that, I had one print that I got to successfully complete only by turning the bed setpoint down when I saw the severe dip in hot end temperature and back up after the hot end recovered.

Maybe this is a silly question, but are you using layer fans?
If they point to the nozzle they will lower the hotend temperature a lot and very fast.
