Dual extrusion with ninjaflex?

I'm trying to print a cell phone case out of ninjaflex semiflex and it's got lots of curves and overhangs, which means lots of support material. Even though this material is flexible, it's still quite a pain to remove.
I've been considering going dual extrusion already, and this seems to be even another nudge in that direction, but I'm wondering - does anyone have experience with dual extrusion and ninjaflex?
My concern would be that the ninjaflex would ooze all over the place, since it compresses in the bowden tube somewhat and the built-up pressure would make stopping the flow difficult when the support nozzle becomes active.
I'm wondering if perhaps the e3d cyclops solves that problem somewhat.
Any thoughts?
