Well got around to performing a dry run this evening. Still havent figured out how to set the z endstop in sprinter. X and Y work, but not Z. I have Z at the max position not the normal min position. Setting z home manually against bed seems to work. Will just be a pain to do before each print everytime. Anyway video for those interested.

I also found out my elderly dog can still hear pretty well. She is absolutely terrified of the high pitch hum the steppers make.
