Cura gcode funkiness

Alright, I am sure the fix to this is simple but when I slice something in slic3r, the gcode at the end ensures that the orion effector goes to the top and hits all three endstops, killin the print nicely and easily. When I slice in cura, the effector head dilly dallies around the middle and sometimes smashes right into the printed object, how do I modify the gcode in cura to do what it does in slic3r automatically? I just looked at a gcode cheat sheet and could not make heads or tails of it, here is my default cura end gcode by the way:
;End GCode
M104 S0 ;extruder heater off
M140 S0 ;heated bed heater off (if you have it)
G91 ;relative positioning
G1 E-1 F300 ;retract the filament a bit before lifting the nozzle, to release some of the pressure
G1 Z+.5 E-5 X-20 Y-20 F{travel_speed} ;move Z up a bit and retract filament even more
G28 X0 Y0 ;move X/Y to min endstops, so the head is out of the way
M84 ;steppers off
G90 ;absolute positioning
;{profile_string}
;End GCode
