Check and double check.

After hours of bad results during extensive calibration process, I found an embarrassing problem. I was in the middle of a 20mm hollow box print and I went to get another hard cider and I bumped the table the printer is on as I went by. I came back and found my part was now printing at a slight angle...WHAT THE... I started to investigate and found that I could move the xyz towers around slightly causing visible changes in the part. I popped the plex covers off and sure enough the allen head bolts that clamp the aluminum towers were finger tight, top and bottom. I remember getting these tight but I store my printer in a much colder area then bring it into a warm environment when I am home  and I think this may have contributed to this problem.

It's always relieving to find the culprit though. It's the problems with no smoking gun that really suck.

Hope your next prints are awesome, good luck!
