I'm having a problem I can't figure out for the life of me. When I hit the home button in Rep, or or the printer itself, the arms move up, bit only about 1 or 2 cm then stops. If any info is need I can provide it.

Sounds like a case of "accidentally set your Z-height to something ridiculous".
Go into the "Advanced Settings" at the bottom of the list, then "Calibrate Z-Height".
Put the nozzle down as close to the bed as possible (paper's width) then set the height.
Home and all should be good.

It seems my last post didn't post. But it's still not homing and I'd rather not reinstall the firmware. It homed just fine for a few min yesterday, but not anymore. And I'm still at that point in the PDF.

If it was homing alright before, I would check the endstop switches, and their wiring.

Endstops work fine. But I think it's the EEPROM. I think I may have typed in the values for the hot end autotune in the wrong boxes, so I'm entirely redoing that.
