are there any Slic3r config files people share?

Just wondering what settings other people are running with for PLA maybe even try and rule out a few issues im having 
download.seemecnc.com has a great "starter" config file for most of the popular slicers.
I started a "share your settings" thread on The Makerhive forum. I posted my own Cura configs there. I'd love it if others shared their configs for some of the less common things like Nylon, HIPS, PETT, NinjaFlex, etc.
