Replacing Rambo Fan

I'm after some advice on replacing the Rambo board fan as it's intermittently noisy (whiney not a rapid tapping of a wire catching).. so presumably the bearings are wearing/damaged. It's not really bad and could have a fair bit of life left but I'm going to just replace it...
So I've ordered a Noctua as I've looked through my fan box on the loft and got nothing small enough.
Anyway I've never took my Orion to bits as I've only had it a few weeks .. so what the general approach and how much dismantling is required to get at the Rambo board fan and replace it?
I've had a look and there are 4x corner screws holding the board to a melamine panel keyed with the Orion build panel with the fan mounted on the back of it with what looks like zip ties. Can't see how I'm going to get at the top screws out without lifting up the build plate to un-key it?
Had a look at the Max build manual and it seems to simply have a lot more space to work in and on page 193 it simply shows the board installed and presumably just tilted then keyed into position... so is the Orion different and due to space and its installed at a different point I couldn't wiggle my board forward to un-key it though it does move pretty freely?
Any help much appreciated.
