0.5mm thin wall calibration. Need help.

Hi Everyone!
I'm calibrating the Rostock MAX v1. While printing the 0.5mm thin wall object get an issue of uneven corners. Picture attached. Need some advice about what is possible reason of it and how to overcome it. Thanks in advance.
