First print with the Rostock V2. Extrusion feed fail?

Hi, just put together my Rostock Max V2 with rev 5 plate.
Running repetier host 1.0, calibrated the towers. Trying to print a ezfan shroud in pla (dont have ABS at hand) just for testing.
Im having some issues printing on the front side of the plate. The bowden stepper motor sounds like its skipping a few pushes of PLA and it doesnt lay down properly (see the image).
Its pretty new to me, so unfortunately i cant understand whats the problem.
Anybody know?

what do you have your first layer height set to? looks like you Z is a little low on the one side. If you havent all ready, try setting your first layer to .3 MM

Are you sure you did the COMPLETE calibration as indicated in the manual?

Changed the first layer height from .35 to .3 now.

By the way, i want to print the fan shrouds with Taulman bridge, as i dont have ABS availiable.
What slic3r settings should i use? The same as the preset for glass or abs maybe?

going from .35 to .3 will only make it worse on that corner... TURN the end stop screw IN on that tower a 1/4 turn and try again, but keep first layer at .3
Having one of those moments of brain freeze...is it in or out to raise off the bed? havnt had to do it in quite some time...brain freeze..
