First prints, with some issues...

Sorry for the poor image quality, these are all really tiny and I do not have a good camera at the moment.

No idea what is causing the imperfections on the perimeters of this item. The box perimeters printed much better.

The tip of this cone is the internal area. And the fill is in tiny threads. Not sure why. I am using a .35 nozzle and the Slic3r default speeds. Ultimachine PLA at 190. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I think these 2 look really damn nice for first prints. But the corners are a tad "blobby". Also the 10mm calibration cube came out slightly imperfect. On a cartesian I recall adjusting that, can anyone point me to a way on a Delta?

Slow it way down. A .35 nozzle can't take high speeds.

Try it at 15-20mm/sec.

What speeds would you suggest for the stock nozzle?

For your first prints, 20 mm/s with the stock .5mm nozzle should get good results. Once you have things dialed in you can start ramping the speeds. Easy to do with the slider in Repetier host.

Maybe just me, but I've had some real problems using the slider in Repetier. I find it typically will stall my printer job and I get a pile of errors in the log window. I try and ramp up the speed using the LCD on the Rostock itself and have never had an issue so far.

This thread helped out with what looks to be a similar issue. My extruder was pushing out more filament than it should. Yours, looks like it might be pushing out a lot more.

What kind of fan are you talking about?
Typically with PLA you'd want to run a parts fan to cool the filament as it's being extruded. There is quite a bit of info and it's easy to find pictures/videos of how people have set up their fans.

http://repables.com/r/171/ - This guy here is the fan shroud you can print to use the squirrel cage fan that comes with the Rostock.

I had a regular house fan blowing on my prints before I had the fan shroud printed. If you don't cool the PLA, it stays 'mushy'. Particularly on corners.
