Hello from Madison, WI

So, I'm working backwards since I've already been posting over in a few of the other forums, but here's my intro.
I'm Ben. I live around Madison, WI. By day, I'm a manufacturing engineer/manager at a large food company. By night, father of 3, occasional home brewer, wood worker, and now with my Rostock, 3d printing guy.
I got a v1 kit a few weeks ago, and as of last week, I'm up and printing successfully. Some hiccups with stopped prints that I think are due to noise on the LCD cables, but since I moved to printing from a Raspberry Pi using OctoPrint, it's been pretty smooth sailing.
Got through a few test prints, made a decent calibration cube, and I'm getting ready to make the upgrade to xnaron's magnetic arms...
Thanks so far to:
geneb - the manual was great!
mhackney and cope - your threads on build, trimmer line drying, ABS printing, etc have stuck out as being the most helpful to me so far, so thanks for that!
