For those of us who might not switch from 12v to 24v PSU.

Found this at Michael's Crafts. It's a 14"x2" aluminium cake pan. I lined it with cork as an insulator. To get my Onyx from 20c to 80c without it takes +-16 minutes. With this over it, 10 minutes. I like that it doesn't touch the bed, eliminating possible contamination of a freshly prepped surface. :) Not a huge savings in time, but since time is money, every little bit counts. ;)

Now that is a unique application of a cake pan! Simple, yet effective. The inventiveness of the human mind never ceases to amaze me. Good one!

Thanks! I'm planning to enclose the old light table I have my Max on. This will help my print times until then. :D
