Heat bed not getting hot enough

Hello I have a PCB heatbed on my RepRap Prusa Mendel with RAMBo board. I am using repetier firmware with Repetier-Host software.

For some reason my heat bed cannot heat above 95 degrees Celsius. I set it to heat to 115 C and it heats up until it eventually hovers around 94.7 degrees. If I set the temp to 94C, then it will heat to 94, then it cannot maintain that temperature and drops below 92 in a matter of seconds. I am using a 400W Server PSU so I don't think that should be the problem. My heatbed is connected to the RAMBo board with 20AWG stranded wire and the wire does not seem to be overloaded (cool to the touch).

Is there a software setting for the amount of current supplied to the heatbed?

can you verify that the temp is actually 94c? I found that placing a insulator (towel) on the surface helps get it up to temp faster.

jdevmiller 95c is sorta high already :) you wanna cook your part?

especially if you have the new onyx heat bed, it's big surface - cools fast too,
I failed to get Onyx above 100c myself, and it takes a long time, having a heat gun will speed things up.
But now I find no reason to go above 60-70c range.. do you?

try setting your Brim to 3mm... it will stick fine at 70c
