Sharpening corners on hirez prints?

I'm wondering if one of you "guru's" might be able to tell me how I can improve the sharpness of my corners and angles in my high resolution prints. I've noticed that they are never truely as sharp as they could be.
In mach3 on my cnc machine I would either switch the interpolation of moves from relative to absolute mode or increase my number of lines and decrease my movement interopoation. Slowing my machine down yes, but increasing accuracy.
Is there a setting in firmware that allows for this type of adjustment? The corners are not overly terrible currently, but could certainly be made just a little sharper no doubt.
I am asking due to a project I have taken on that demands as close to as possible the reproduction of a injection molded part.
I have included a pic (of a totally failed print, but illustrates my question well I believe) of some extremely thin wall print testing I was doing with the hollow calibration cube. No doubt it's not terrible but the corners could be "snappier" how can I achieve this better?
Thanks as always guys for any help you may offer!
