Aspect ration - Z dimension is bigger

Aspect ratio.
My first print on rostock max actually looks pretty good.
Printed the hollow cube sample.
Loks like the model i 25mm true cube.
My part came out 27mm in x and y fairly close but in the Z direction it is 33.1 inches tall.

Also looking down on the part from the top there are gaps between extrusion perimeters.

Also could not get the stuff to stick to the glass so added masking tape and then it worked okay.

33.1 inches??? Dear Lord!! Assuming you meant to say 33.1mm, I would check to make sure the steps per information is all the same. Then you get into layer height. If you selected x as your layer height: any fraction of x that your extrusion is over makes up the error you see at the end. Make sure your single wall extrusion width matches your actual single wall thickness. Polygonhell has a great guide stickied in the Rostock MAX sub-forum of the Machine Specific section.

Once you have this sorted out, make sure your layer height is divides directly into the total overall height of the final desired product, IIRC,
