I'm relatively new to 3D Printing, but I've had my eye on Nylon 618 for a bit. At anyrate, I still have some issues to work out, but one of them is that even with 7 loops set on Slicer, the Nylon 618 filament (1.75mm) isn't coming out evenly. What setting within slicer can I use to presumably boost flow? I changed from 4 loops to 7 which helped some, but even still I notice it seems to need more going before it really prints smoothly. Faster prints further compound the problem, if that is helpful, but it seems there should be a way to just push more Nylon through the nozzle.

On Repetier, I've noticed boosting the flowrate seems to help.

I really noticed the problem when trying to print single wall test cubes. Gaping holes in the sides.

Sounds to me like your temperature might be a bit low. I've got a fresh roll of Nylon 618 to play with - but haven't even tried extruding it yet. Quite anxious to see how well it performs

Word of advice, it takes quite a bit of material to get it started. I've set mine up to 12 loops around before I start an object. At least if a solid first layer is required. Temp wise I have it set at 248C. I figure it'll probably be close to the 245 recommended by Taulman. It does tend to take a bit to get primed up though. It seems to print pretty well from what I can tell, I've certainly made some decent threads for a thread protector. Holds quite a bit of force.
