Not sure what setting is causing these errors

Hey guys - I have a SeeMeCNC H2 and I don't know how to start addressing some issues I'm seeing. I have been going through the simplify3d print guide and I got the 3dbenchy boat looking pretty good (way better than it was anyhow!). I then tried to print a 20-sided dice in two halves and ran into problems. I'm not sure how to fix it or if this is just how a 0.5 mm nozzle prints.

Printer settings:

z offset 0.1
nozzle 0.5
filament 1.75
tempurature 205
retraction 5mm
retraction speed 80mm/s
z lift 0.5
extrusion multiplier 1.05
layer height 0.2
first layer 130%
solid layers 5 top 3 bottom
infill 20%
infill overlap 0.3 mm
speed 50 (30 for bridges)

In this pic you can see the side that looks the worst. Also the '20' on the top face isnt there at all (every face has a 20 on it). I thought that the top face would be a sure thing for the printer to handle.

On the opposite side faces, they look a lot better than the above train wreck. Not amazing but better.

The dice was print in two halves which I thought would work great as every face is upwards facing and no overhangs or anything.
So why does one side look worse than the other and why did the 20 not print on the top face? Thanks guys!

Also, I set z offset to 0.1 because I could hear the nozzle dragging over the first layer pretty hard when it draws the second layer. That only happens with the white, not the blue, filament - same brand filament. Not sure whats up with that or if my 'fix' is the right one

You should tell S3D to lift the nozzle on travel moves. I'm not sure what effect the z-offset you have actually has.

It also appears that you're printing at too high a temp - are the cooling fans running during the print?

Ya, the fans are running. I was actually going to play with making them run slower since it I wondered if it cooled too fast.
I usually print the blue PLA at 190 but the white seems better at 205 but I can try 190 again.
I thought the z offset is to lift the nozzle a bit with the intent being to make it not drag along the top of the layer below. I'll look for that setting in S3D
