Orientation

How hard is it to rotate orientation? Right now when I place things in Repetier Host the orientation is "off". When I place things toward the back in repetier, they are towards the "actual" front of the machine. Maybe I put the LCD in the wrong location?
In any case, is this something that can be changed in firmware?
It's minor in the grand scheme of things, but it's still pretty annoying.
