HE280 Calibration stopped working

I have upgraded my V2 to he280 and worked good till few days ago, now when I want to do calibration Rambo just restarts. Have not touched or upgraded anything firmware or hardware. Wiring seems ok i check it visually. Where do I start troubleshooting? I have flashed new firmware to no avail. Thank you in advance for any ideas.

Put a new SD card in it and try running the calibration.
