Thermal Fuse blowing 2x row

Guys,

I have a Rostock Max v3 with HE280.

I recently ran into a problem which I correctly identified was my thermal fuse.
http://forum.seemecnc.com/viewtopic.php?f=37&t=11772

I just replaced my thermal fuse and made another minor tweak and got it working again.

During my first print after the repair, my replacement thermal fuse blew. I took apart the HE280 again and verified it's the thermal fuse again.

I am going to replace the second thermal fuse -- but has any experience with multiple thermal fuses blowing consecutively? Should I cinsider this unusual or a pattern of something else? I am suspicious that I am losing thermal fuses to some incorrect configuration or something or the root cause is elsewhere ????

Previously I had been using PLA (printing successfully at hotend "210") and switched to ABS these are the first runs of my machine at a higher temp hotend "235".

Any ideas from the Forum?

Any ideas would be appreciated.

If the fan is not running correctly, this can contribute to the fuse failing. In addition, the thermistor may be off-profile, making the print head hotter than you expect (Although it shouldn't be getting quite to the ~280C operating ceiling). I would double check your fan performance and that the heatsink isn't obstructed.
