Ultibots FSR Kit Mount

After many attempts to get the HE280 accelerometer to run consistently on my V2 after I had upgraded to a Duet Wifi, I decided to give the FSR kit from Ultibots a try. Trying this was in no small part also inspired by mhackney's great work on the process.
Some changes from mhackney's mounts on Thingiverse include:

Some changes from mhackney's mounts on Thingiverse include:
- uses existing screws and holes in Rostock Max base plate
- Includes additional adjustability via concentric positioning of the plugs attached to the bed onto the mounts
- Shielding of the FSR sensors and plug motion to prevent build up of debris in the mounting plate
