Up until now, I was printing fine, ordered a PEI sheet to improve reliability because I have prints not sticking to the bed. So I installed the PEI bed sheet and went to recalibrate. Before I did that I loaded mhackneys matterslicer file into the settings-profile-options import profile section. I realize it probably wasn't the correct place to import that setting and now my G29 calibration is not working properly.
-I tried to clear EEPROM in Arduino, reload Repetier FW, recalibrate and the extruder goes out of bounds of the bed but home works properly.
-Then I messed with the "Save to EEPROM" on the LCD and now Home does not reset, instead it lowers an inch and stops.
-I tried clearing EEPROM, reloaded Repetier, verified config tab, reset to default profile in MC, but still have HOME/G29 issue.
Anyone know other things I can do to reset and start from scratch? I know its strictly a software configuration thing because it was just printing fine until I loaded the wrong profile. I'll manually enter EEPROM values if anyone has default info.

Re: Cannot Calibrate
So maybe you are not clearing EEPROM like you think. After you run the clear EEPROM sequence doe the printer LCD no longer display anything?
Clearing the eeprom I think should also remove the firmware and thus after a power cycle the printer should not display anything.
If that did work for you then I don't have any ideas because clearing EEPROM and reload firmware has always worked for me. One time recently my printer started acting like yours and that is what I did to fix it.

Re: Cannot Calibrate
Funny that you mention that. I JUST figured it out right before I read your post lol...I was only hitting "verify" and not "upload" in Arduino. However, my LCD info stayed, it never went blank. Now that everything works again it's back to calibrating again...

Re: Cannot Calibrate
The display won't clear after loading eeprom_clear. However, if you hit the reset button after running eeprom_clear, it will.
The LCD displays the last data that was sent to it, that's why it doesn't clear when running eeprom_clear - it never gets instructions to update its contents.
