Having Retraction issues

Hello all,
I have a Rostock MAX v2 with MatterControl and I have sorted out all issues with ABS! So, now I'm having issues with PLA, specifically Retraction. Nothing I do seems to fix it, here are some pics of my settings:
Retraction Settings:
http://prntscr.com/dga0x1
Speed for non-print moves setting:
http://prntscr.com/dga15q
Heat settings:
http://prntscr.com/dga25u
This happens on every print I do, and it only happens when the extruder jumps over a gap.
If there's anything you would change, I'd be glad to hear it.

I'm not precisely sure what your issue is. Is it spiderwebbing? Gaps? Blobs? Jamming? Determining the problem helps us know what the solutions can be. But I don't see a description or pictures (Are they simply not loading for some reason?)

I will put some pics up here (Sorry, thought I put pics up there):

Above is with normal settings, I will print something with my new settings and put pictures of it.

Retract is fast for PLA, I would try dropping it down to 10-20 mm/s, due to the thixotropic nature of the material.

Here is a pic with current settings:

The strings are still there but there is a great improvement (This is the MatterControl retraction cubes)

So decrease retract speed to 15mm/s? Or drop it down in 10mm/s increments until it works?

I would try 15mm/s first.

Here are some pics with 200mm/s on the "non-print moves" setting:
http://prntscr.com/dglur1
http://prntscr.com/dglv6m
This is a pic on 15mm/s:
http://prntscr.com/dgob29
As you can see, it's still stringing. Changing it to 15mm/s made the strings thicker and more numerous.
The PLA material used is Orb Polymer Iguana Green.
Now printing with 250m/s on the "non-print moves" setting, looks promising!

250mm/s did not turn out good, bumps on the outside all over the place (Don't have pics, I took off build plate before I thought to take pics *facepalm*)
Looks like 200mm/s is about as good as I can get.. I might try lower, like 100mm/s.

Did you ever find a good setting for your retractions?
