I have finished the guide to the best of my ability, when Attmepting to print the arms go to the bed the X axis arm extends all the way out almost level with the bed. I shut the machine off and posted here to get some clues what may be happening. pic attached.
Thank you for looking!

Are you using mattercontrol? If so, check to see if it's attempting to use the Slic3r integrated into it. If so, that's the issue. Slic3r integration is broken due to an update in how beds are defined. Just switch to Matterslice or Cura to test.

Aww. It's the log file. I was hoping you were printing from an SD card. Could you export the Gcode as a file rather than the log (As matterslice embeds the settings in the top, and I have Gcode back-plotting tools, it's a lot faster than asking for the settings separately since there are a LOT of them), and post that?
I can see that it seems like it's setting the object around X 85-95, which is way off center, and that would cause some of the issues. A screenshot of the layer view of the object would help too (layer view, 3D, with the layer slider set to the finished part by preference).

That's the 3D view still (And holy bugger is my avatar big in that screen shot, I though for a moment that was your desktop image), rather than the (Confusingly named) Layer view with the 3D option. However, your issue is that you set the print center to 100 100, rather than 0,0. Go into printer print area, and change the print center to 0,0, and whil you're at it, the bed size to 280, 280 (which matches stock),

My eeprom settings seem off to me, should 0 be my delta radius for A<B<C? Also my X>Y>Z home position should that be 0?

Just got the printer actually printing! However after about fifteen minutes of an hour long print job it jumped about 4mm above the layer it was working on and tried to rpint in mid air!
