Hardened nozzle for HE280?

What's the nozzle material on the HE280? I would like to try some carbon fiber filament, but have read that it will eat up a brass nozzle. Is the stock nozzle up to the task?

the nozzle is brass and will get eroded by abrasives, hopefully they will make a steel one soon. also i am interested in getting a larger nozzle like .7 when can we expect that?

You'll need to contact SeeMeCNC about that - and posting here doesn't qualify as "contacting them".
They're at MFNY right now, so email may be a bit slow in responding. Email 'em at
[email protected] and see if there's an ETA on new nozzles.

Hello,
I happened to have a hardened steel nozzle 0.4mm. I compared the thread to the 0.5mm Nozzle provided with the HE280 and they match. However the length of the threaded section is longer which means it will stick out more than the stock nozzle.
I have tested my E3D Nozzle on my V3 and noticed some odd extrusion issues.
