Hey, I've seen a few of the promotional videos of the V3 doing the calibration test and I can hear the tapping pretty well. Does that mean the V3 is quiet?
I really want to make my V2 quieter and I'd like to know what they did to help do that.
Sound level
Re: Sound level
To quiet your printer from quick to best solution
1) use Astrosyn dampers on all the steppers
2) many times you hear the sound of the carriages moving, make sure they are adjusted properly, not too tight
3) use a DuetWifi, the drivers on this board result in REALLY quiet steppers. Combine with 1 for even better.

Do you know if the V3 is quieter at all because of the different motor mounts?
