Almost there, infill not infilling all the way

The infill doesn't touch the perimeter of the print, not sure if you can see it in my pics. Not sure how to fix it. Maybe backlash?

It could be backlash but if it is happening at both ends, probably not. I had this issue way back when and found it was an extruder calibration issue. Also check your slicer app's settings. Slic3r has a setting for filament diameter, if that is off, you can over or under fill. If you have such a setting, tweak it to deliver more filament and see what happens.
Another issue may be layer height. If you are not mushing the layers together nicely, they may not be expanding widthwise enough for the fill to make contact.
Cheers,
Michael

thanks , am i looking at the extrusion multiplier to add more extrusion?

Yes, that is one way to do it. The other thing to do 1st is actually measure the diameter of your filament and put that diameter in the filament diameter field. You'd be surprised how much filament diameters vary.
cheers,
Michael

Forgot to ask, what slicing software and control (Pronterface, Repetier, etc) are you using?

and you calibrated your extruder right? It's simple to do but critical.

Did you figure this one out? I had something similar, but the part dimensions were spot on. Took the nozzle size in slic3r down from .50 to .35 and it's working very well now.

Changing the nozzle size in slic3r just changes the automatic calculation for extrusion width. I do not like the Slic3r calculation for this, IMO it's far from optimal and I recommend people set the extrusion widths by hand to more or less their nozzle diameter.
