Greetings!
I have a H-1.1 kit. The mechanical assembly is complete.
The electronics is connected, but I haven't been able to get firmware for the Rambo controller. Also, I can't fnd the correct stepper motor connections.
I'd appreciate communicating with anyone who has build the H-1.1 with the Rambo and has it working or anyone who is building a similar machine.

Ok John at SeeMeCNC gave me some code that works. I made a couple changes so it work better. I can print parts. I'm using several on my 3D printer. But I still need some fine tuning. I have torun=ble with large parts; as the new layers cool they stress the lower layers and pull them off the table and de-laminate the layers, severly ditorting the part. Any suggestions on how to fix this would be appreciated!

wayn, are you printing with PLA or ABS or something else? ABS is notorious for warping on the first few layers. The most reliable way to prevent that is with a hot bed. Even PLA will benefit from a hot bed. I have had good success printing on 3M blue painter's tape with PLA for large parts and ABS with smaller (2" x 2") parts. John and Steve like to print ABS on acrylic sheet which also works well but I was going through a lot of acrylic (pock marks, etc)!
I print on glass on a hot bed for everything now.
One other thing, whatever you print on, clean it well first! I use isopropyl alcohol (but keep it away from heat!) even on the blue tape.
cheers,
Michael
