Leaking Hot End, already tightened?

I believe my extruder is leaking, I've tried to tighten the nozzle while at working temperature and it seems like the leak is slower now but still an issue. After tightening I'm still getting burnt PLA that accumulates enough to drip into the work area. What else can I do to try and correct this?

Have you tried taking it apart and checking the condition of the teflon liner? It might be out of place or even damaged. It should be the thing keeping the plastic from leaking like that.
