Question:
Is there a way to add a 3 in 1 extruder to Rostock Max V2? It appears my Rambo 1.3 can only handle a dual extruder.

Thanks for any info.

Which 3 in 1 are you looking at? And do you mean the hotend or the 'coldend'?

Actually, there are ways to get the rambo to handle triple extrusion.

http://forum.seemecnc.com/viewtopic.php?f=77&t=9478 covers it.

I saw one in action on youtube and it got me thinking. it appears to be readily available for the Kossel and can be found on Amazon.

Anycubic 3 in 1 Out Multi-Color Extruder Hotend for Kossel Reprap 3D Printer

This would require 3 cold end extruders.

Board, so you know, the Anycubic is a cheap rip-off of the Diamond hotend. http://reprap.me/diamond-hotend.html. The Anycubic is half the price, but most of the price is in the genuine E3D heatsinks. I would avoid un-known knockoffs like that, as the quality is questionable, where E3D's and reprap.me's is not. I also dislike supporting knock-offs like that, who reap the benefits of other people's work.

Roger that Xenocrates. will avoid the knockoffs.
After researching this a bit, I am going to opt for the cyclops on this machine. Trying to keep it simple as I am still fairly new to the 3D printer scene.
thanks for the good info.
