Just finished assembling my kit and having some crazy issues I cant seem to resolve..
1. When the printer goes down the filament comes out the top of the ezstruder?
2. When I run the calibration Gcode it wont stop calibrating. Cant even cancel it in Mattercontrol? I turn off Mattercontrol and its still going until I reopen it and then I am able to cancel but it wont stop until I add a new file?
3. When I do try to print, the extruder trys to print almost 4-5 inches above the glass. This is the same in both Simplify 3D and Mattercontrol.
4. My bed temperature wont exceed 70 and takes forever to get up to temp. Almost 20-30 minutes?

Re: New V3 kit problems?
1. You've managed to reverse the extruder stepper direction from the sound of it. Try reversing it in the firmware.
2. It's likely attempting to retry until it gets a good result (Alternatively, you may have a newer version of firmware with an older manual and calibration code, which may not work well togther. Make sure you have the newest of both).
3. That would be a poorly set Z height due to calibration never having run fully.
4. It may be a sensor error, but more likely the ambient temperature is low enough to sap a lot of heat. Insulate the bottom of the bed mount, potentially turn power supply voltage up a little (not more than 2 volts, mind you), or build a heated enclosure. Also check with a thermocouple.

Re: New V3 kit problems?
Well I got the calibration to work. Found out that on of the poles were not completely seated at the base. It was up about a 1/4 inch. I run the calibration Gcode and seems to work now.
1. However now my LCD screen is now blank. Lights up but doesn't show anything. I tried unplugging it, reinstalling it, running the firmware again, no luck?
2. I try to print and it gets to temp and then the extruder and bed just turn themselves off?
3. How could the stepper motor direction be different? I swear I followed all the steps correctly? Position, wiring, firmware? Not sure how to change direction in the firmware? When I try to extrude in the slicer. I doesn't move at all?

Re: New V3 kit problems?
Ahhh, solved the extruder problem. I had it plugged in the wrong port in the Rambo. GTG on that issue now. All that seems left now is the heated bed and the LCD issue.
