Your missing steps, take a close look at the tower it's either leaning towards or leaning away from, it's probably a mechanical issue, but it can be bad endstop wiring, or the stepper current set too high or too low.

I would also check belts.

After checking the belts and changing the steps per mm to 80 the size problem is fine but now its just the layer shifting

could you check your print speeds? you may be overshooting the target layer. Print something very slowly and max speed to very slow and watch. ??? just trying to brain storm.
