Where's the place to hang for IRC and VOIP?

Please detail your irc and voip servers and rooms etc, and include the country you are in to help lead other people in your country!

Because an evening tinkering with your printer with beer in hand need not be a lonesome experience!

The google hangout although not specific to seeme products is amusing.

I can send a link when i have my computer with me
When on mobile I am brief and may be perceived as an arsl.
