Does anyone know what the maximum layer thickness is for a 0.5 mm nozzle?
What are the min/max values for 0.35 mm, 0.5 mm, 0.7 mm?

Thanks, I'm currently printing at 0.4 mm. Not sure if 0.5 mm is the limit for a 0.5 mm nozzle.

Not at all. At least 0.2mm should be possible 'without any' problems.

The general rule is if your W/T ratio is < 1.5 then you will have issues with layers bonding.
The maximum width (W) you can extrude in a controllable way is roughly equal to the fee air extrusion width, which will be larger than your nozzle because of die swell.
So if you assume a free air extrusion is say 0.75mm (you should actually measure it) then the maximum layer height (T) would be about 0.75/1.5 or 0.5mm.
In practice you'll find results vary by plastic.

I've printed down to 0.1mm layer thickness with my 0.5mm nozzle.
