Things are improving. I'll post some pics on the Checking Extruder thread later. I applied a small amount of grease to the axles, aluminum connectors and rod ends at the carriage and cheapskate, smoothed everything out.
Now, I'm trying to figure out how to get the belts to ride in the center of the bearings at the stepper motors. I've got one belt doing the black dust depositing since it scraping the bottom end of the upright beam as it comes off the stepper pulley. Any suggestions?

Re: Rostock Belts
This was one of the trickiest things for me to get right. I disconnected the motors from the board, set the tension and moved the cheapskate up and down and see which way it pulls. Adjust it, set it to center and check again.
Gabrielk had a solution that I think might work really well.

Good luck.
