I got my Printer 4 days ago and its having two problems. Any help/advice would be appreciated:
- 1. The ABS plastic in the extruder feeding tube is stuck. Its as if it melted slightly and now wont move up or down.
2. The extruder wont heat past 189 c, no matter how long I let it heat. It rises to 189c quite quickly.
Both behaviours started at the same time, Saturday night, and before that all systems were a go. I'm guessing the second problem is an issue with the heat resistors,
http://forum.seemecnc.com/viewtopic.php?f=37&t=5764 , and the first problem is that the ABS plastic melted slightly in the feeder tube, but both taken together means my machine overheated. I've only had it for 4 days, why is it overheating already?
I'm using an Orion Delta out of the box with th ORION ABS configuration
Thanks for the help,
