Print missing top ~0.5 inches of printing

Had a 20ish hour print going and left it for the last 6 or so over night. When I got up in the morning it looks like it just gave up with about an hour to go. The print stops dead with about half an inch of model needing to be printed. I exported the console (not sure if that resets per print or what? but I didn't try anything since this one failed)

I see alot of coordinate type output followed by this. I don't see any obvious error message as to why it wouldn't have finished. Am I just missing something?
