What should the configuration be like?

I'm currently rewiring my Rostock MAX with EZstruders in a dual extruder setup.
Got the kit with new hotends and all.
I've got some 40W heater cartridges I am planning to use instead of the heating resistors.

Question is if I should put two in each of the hotends?

How do I update RAMBo to enable the second extruder?
I know I have to edit Configuration.h and set But how do I get the compiled firmware uploaded to the board?
Do I need an external programmer for that?

I found the files on github and have made the files for the mill. Will post a picture when milled

Is it possible to get the dxf for that mount?
There should be enough scrap left from the leftovers to mill it myself
