You are talking about where the brass fitting screws into the top of the hot end right?

Can anyone lead me in the direction of the issue that may be causing this? I've tried changing several different settings by advice of others, but nothing yet it only does it on these inside diameters, nowhere else.. I'm printing PLA at 210C 58bed temp, 5mm retract, 0extra after retract, 300mm/sec ...
