WHY skirt smaller than object

QQ Photo20141015232111.jpg
I just installed reptier 1.05.
the object I try to print, I looked the g-code layer.
the skirt layer is smaller than the object, why is that?

I attached the STL file as well.

Re: print multiple (duplicate) items, how to do one by one?

I added the same stl twice, gave it some spacing, goto print, show one layer only, it still shows going back and forth.
see picture.

How do I add duplicate items? I did copy on the placement , but did not notice anything different after I enable the sequential.

Re: print multiple (duplicate) items, how to do one by one?

How do I set it up? I copied the same items twice on the "object Placement", but that did not help. I get an impression that I need two separate g-code files and combine them manually?
Could you give a simple example?
I am using Rpetier-host with slic3r.

thank you

print multiple (duplicate) items, how to do one by one?

When printing multiple of the same item, the software jumps around, is there a way I can tell it to finish one part first and then jump to the second one , then third one?
I don't want it to jump to 2nd one just for a small line.

print speed?

ABS, 225/90 temperature, speed 30.
What is the fastest speed can I acheive with Orion Delta? I want to finish the part faster.

What is your setting? I set everything to 30, same as the Delta default.

Re: T-Glase Troubles

What peek fan are you talking about? I have the stock model of the Orion Delta. Do I need to replace the fan? PETT is more viscous, or sticky, What is the best nozzle size and setting? I am using 0.35 and sometime it leaves tiny threads behind within the print. Annoying since I need to clean it out ...

Best way to print a cover with a box, supporting structure?

I printed a empty box with top cover included, or a hollow cylinder with thin shutter in the middle. Since I had no experience, I am getting all loose threads. Come to think of it, it makes sense, the threads had no support except touching the horizontal threads. I guess it needs some sort of ...

Re: auto homing?

I believe everytime you do home as the head moves to the top, it loses some accuracy at the bottom. I need to calibrate the Z everytime I print. In regular CNC, people have Homing device that measures the conductivity to check if things are touch. On this type of machine, first the accuracy is not ...

auto homing?

I noticed that this type CNC is not very accurate, after it does HOME ALL, or turn on the next day, the HOME can be off by 0.# mm . As you know, that 0.##mm is very critical for the first layer. Is there a AUTO HOME feature so I don't have to do this manually everytime I print? Put a home device on ...

Re: problem with thin edge

What type of hair spray do you use? I bought a Sasson hair spray, applies much easier than the glue stick, the I think it reacts with the ABS and the bottom 2 layers shrinks a lot. Does it happen to you?

Re: changing nozzle

Do you get better results with 0.35? Especially if you have thin edge/wall like what I have? Well, first, you should heat up our current nozzle and then back out the filament. Use Repetier Host's retract button and retract about 40mm. Once you have the filament mostly out (there will still be some ...

Regarding retraction, Sorry for my ignorance, I looked at the document but still don't know what to do. Do you have some recommended setting for Delta? Or what number should I change to optimize.
